Investing in Tulare County's Future
 
Since opening in 2000, the Boys & Girls Club of Tulare County depends on donations from local individuals and businesses to continue offering life-enhancing programs to local children. Through their donations of "time, talent and treasure," concerned citizens provide the resources that enable the Boys & Girls Club to change young lives.
It takes money to run a Boys & Girls Club -- about $300 per child per year. But consider the alternative -- keeping a young adult in jail costs taxpayers anywhere from $25,000 to $75,000 per year.
 
The Boys & Girls Club -- a proven delinquency-prevention program --- is one of the best bargains in America.

ONE CAMPAIGN
The philosophy of the One Campaign is that it just takes one caring adult to make a life-long impact on the character of a child. The dollars raised from the One Campaign provide the youth of Tulare County with a safe place to learn and grow, away from the negative influences which many are confronted with today.
 
Through our annual giving program, we invite community members to join in the Club's mission and invest in the youth of Tulare County.
 
Donations to the One Campaign may be made by mail, fax, phone, online, or hand-delivered to the Club.
 
If you would like to give a substantial gift of $10,000 or more to the One Campaign you will qualify for the Jeremiah Milbank Society (see Sponsorships below).

Would you like to remember someone that made a difference in your life or in the community? Donations are accepted in memory of someone who has passed. What a wonderful way to acknowledge one's life!
 
At your request, we will send a letter to the family or friends of the deceased advising that you made a thoughtful gift in memory of their loved one (the amount of the gift will be kept confidential) and a receipt will be mailed to you for tax purposes.
 
HONORARY GIFTS
Are you wondering what to give that friend or loved one who has everything? Consider giving to the Boys & Girls Club of Tulare County to honor them on their birthdays, anniversaries, or any other special occasion.
