Sports, Fitness, & Recreation

We help our members develop physical fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for the environment and social interpersonal skills.

Programs that support Sports, Fitness and Recreation:

Sports at the Club emphasize fair play, teamwork, honesty and leadership, as well as athletic skill-building. Tennis, basketball, indoor soccer, volleyball, football, and soccer are played throughout the year.

Social Recreation programs develop positive friendships through good, clean fun. Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, billiards and table games are just a few of the activities that take place at the Club every day.

Triple Play teaches youth how to eat right and live a healthy life by exploring health and nutrition, physical fitness, and social recreation.
